"Paul's nomination for and granting of this award was clearly appropriate," says Robert Powelson, president of the Chamber. "AGI has experienced phenomenal growth in recent years and expects more of the same for 2005 and beyond. The company's success reflects his strong leadership and commitment to his employees and customers."

"To be recognized by the Chamber from a field of so many other great area businesses is a true honor for AGI and its 250 employees," says Graziani. "We've called Chester County home for 16 years, and we love it. It's a great place to have and grow a business."

In 1980, Graziani began his career at General Electric Space Division in King of Prussia, where he held a number of software and engineering roles. In January 1989, he left to start AGI. He and two other founders created STK, the company's flagship commercially available analysis and visualization software that is currently used by more than 30,000 aerospace, defense, and intelligence professionals worldwide.

Over the years, AGI has moved beyond STK to create more than 30 additional products to meet customer needs, including the AGI Viewer freeware; the desktop applications Navigation Tool Kit and Orbit Determination Tool Kit; and the development tool 4DX Embedded Technology. In addition to its Exton, PA headquarters, AGI has five field offices in the United States, a network of international resellers, more than 100 worldwide educational partners, and nearly 40 strategic business partners.

Graziani has received a number of entrepreneurial excellence awards at both local and national levels, including Aerospace Professional of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, and the Eastern Technology Council's CEO of the Year. AGI has also been recognized for its growth and unique business practices through a variety of awards, including: Inc. 500, Deloitte Technology Fast 50, Softletter Top 100, SpaceNews Top 50, Military Training Technology Top 100, and the 2004 #1 Small Company to Work for in America by the Great Place to Work(R) Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.
